Quests Voodoo Staff quest is missing.

Hey, guys what's up?
I did reached level 30 with my pirate and I did checked my journal for the voodoo staff quest but it's missing even after relog the quest is still messing can you guys help?

I had this happen to me with the grenade quest on one of my pirates. It wasn't until I happened to level up one of my weapons (sailing), that it showed up. Also, yeah, I think this is supposed to go in one of the megathreads.

I heard from my friend if you get close to leveling something, re log, and then level the weapon your quest appears. I may be wrong on this
