Bright pink would be lavender I guess. You can find them anywhere pretty much - I would go to Tormenta or the South Idol or one of the powerful bosses.

Are you sure? Look in the gallery. I'd say Lavendar is definitely more purple than pink, and Magenta more pink than purple.

Maybe my brain associates the lighter tones of lavender to be more "girly" and therefore more "pinky" - but yeah I guess you're right.

As soon as you reach level 20, all bright clothing such as Magentas can be found in any and all loot. That's the only way to get them. There's not necessarily one place that's better for getting brights than another, it's all random.
