Weird tattoo glitch

So I come online and I see a bunch of my friends with tattoo. But I dont think you can get these

It's nothing different, it's just the graphics engine having a little technical difficulties... Usually I've found that by logging out, it will correct that problem.

There are a lot of these- there is one that happens to me often that makes a big dark blue/black streak going across my forehead.
