Question What am I Supposed to do? | No Quest | Glitch?

I know this sounds like a really dumb question, but WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? When I make my pirate, and Jack Sparrow kicks open the prison doors, I am greeted by a loading screen. Then when I enter into the actual game, I have no quests and there are no enemies ANYWHERE. I made four pirates to try and get something to work, but nothing happens... Any help is appreciated; I used to play this game a lot, and I was hoping to relive a bit of that, but, no avail.

at this point, i think it's just fishing, potions, and blackjack you can "do." asides from that, walk about the islands and see what happens. this is alpha so the remake is in its infancy.

keep up to date with the release notes https://tlopo.com/releases/ and report anything that goes wrong.

I believe that's normal. As Captn Jaq stated, you only have fishing, potions, and blackjack for the moment.
