These are my game options and i think the game runs nicely and looks good. Also I use opengl

Depends what type of computer you have/what parts you have in it. As of now I believe DirectX9 doesn't work on Windows 10

I can't run the same with dx9 :CCCC Windows 10. So I guess that is true.

Never mind. I found the other settings under CUSTOM

These types of questions are difficult to answer without first knowing your computer specs, as what is good for one player may be bad for another.

Thanks, Johnny. I realize that. Just wish I remember the settings I had for the "old POTCO" they worked great when everyone else was having problems.

I'm on 1920x1080 resolution at full screen with High settings on. My PC is pretty powerful with a Intel i7 4790K so I haven't had any issues other than some crashes due to game related glitches and what not.

What worked on the old POTCO, may not be relative to TLoPo due to the different game engine and a few other factors.

I personally have everything under the high setting and I switch the shader to 3 (Not fancy)... water is gorgeous

I have all my settings at medium works very well.
