Where are the undead brigands on Port Royal?

Like the title says, i can't for the life of me find the undead brigands on port royal, i've searched everywhere and i need to kill some on port royal for a quest.

They are in Murky Hollow. You can get there through entering Govenor's Garden or King's Run.

Also, once inside Murky Hollow, the Brigands are on the far left when looking at the map.
