Question Will Beta Pirates Get Deleted?

So let's say in open beta or the official game release, will we get pirates deleted? Because I'm pretty far into the black pearl quest and it would be boring to do it all over again, so I'm just wondering whether i should continue or not.

No. All Beta data will carry over to official release. Only the alpha pirates and data were reset when beta launched.

Like he said beta pirates are staying for good. only chances of anything happening would be if something goes horribly horribly wrong and they rollback the servers and characters to fix it
