Will OS make a difference?

I've been thinking about how Disney created the game, it was designed on windows 7/8. 10 had not yet to be released? Would it crash less if it was on a older OS?

Not necessarily. Disney made POTCO compatible with the operating systems that were active at that time. We are making TLOPO compatible with OS's that are active now.

Well, I am able to tell a huge difference between windows 10 and 7. I installed 7 today and occasional crash 1-2 hours. Could have just needed a cleanup though.
