Wont put me into queue

When i log in it goes to the loading screen and just stays at 0 percent for a few minutes. After that it says
"could not connect prod pirates online try again?" when i click try again it does the same thing. How do i fix this?
 
This problem is server-sided, not much you can do about it. Please wait on the development team to fix it
