Yellow star/beam of light not showing

basically what the title says; I have a quest marked to track, but neither the yellow star nor the beam of light is shown ingame or on the map. is anyone else getting this bug?

Tracking Is bugged more so then prior .

Yup, quest light broke. Putting settings on high brought some quest lights back for me but still not showing land enemies most of the time and never shows how to get to quest npcs.
