Okayyy so, Im not sure if the vest and pants are discontinued though, they aren't in wiki.

Kat Five Knives has quite an interesting piece on KFK. This is a bright blue trimmed blouse; these are unable to be colored now, and this was most likely dropped by an enemy before the loot system came out.
