    Thanks so much! I do have one question - how can I even play? I can't get past 53% on the "Jail" loading screen. Can't even create a pirate. Any help I can get?

    Hmm seems that is an issue most people are having as of recently.. I am also having that issue on 1 of my accounts. I would recommend emailing support about the issue usually they have a way of fixing problems like this.

    Loading screen stuck
