I made it to level 30 and I never got ravens cove quest or staff quest I had 15 quests and i dropped most of them and never got ravens cove or staff after that.

Often quests are slo o o o o w to appear , try relogging and just wait it out . I've waited anywhere from a few hours or til the next day for some to appear .

Best to email support and let them know. A lot of people are missing quests right now. But it will probably take a while before we get them back.
