From what I can tell, lately Open Fire and Take Cover have only been working on the first use while sailing, then do not work thereafter. Other times, they'll work on a particular ship, but not on my other ships... The verbal skill cue will show in chat (i.e. "Let 'em have it! Open Fire!") the skill icon will be used, but the extra icon above the ship and to the side never shows, and thus OF/TC aren't applied.
Not sure if this is a known issue already — I had been under the impression these were considered fully implemented skills at this point?
Come About and Full Sail / Ramming Speed work as intended. Not sure about Leadership as I haven't completed BP yet.
