900: Couldn't connect to server

I have been getting this error code all day, anyone know how to fix it?

Thank you. another question for you is what can I do to fix this error code? Whenever I can connect to server and login. My loading bar gets stuck at 85% and then this pops up; prod-gs-4.tlopo.com:7969

Getting the same error after a crash as well as 4 other of my guild mates D:

We are all getting it sadly. It seems the servers and hosting are having issues or something related to that because the website goes down as well at times then will come back up.

I was experiencing the "cannot connect to account" but now i've been having trouble with the "could not connect to the prod-gs-2" for the past hour or so. Is everyone having this issue? I've kept trying but with no luck, tried restarting computer, redownloading the game.
