Literally within about half an hour of gameplay i found a few bugs, I'm loving the game but I thought I'd note them to help the game out 
I landed my boat at Tortuga and dropped my anchor, only to spawn underneath Tortuga, swimming in some water. I have no screenshots but i easily just swam to the side a bit and managed to get to solid ground.
2nd bug, I was in the 'Rat's Nest' I think it was called, it was joined onto a graveyard, and I went to a mans house called T-bones something? (Sorry for missing alot of things out) Anyway I pressed 'Shift to Open Door' and once i was in there there was no way to get out, thouse little house had loaded but the door didn't have a 'Shift to...' prompt by it so i was trapped.
Finally, my games shut down randomly when I was in said house ^
