After the latest set of updates, I'm CONSTANTLY getting "your internet connection was interrupted"

Like the title says, after the most recent set of updates, I keep getting this error. I cannot play for more than 5 minutes before crashing due to this error. I have confirmed that it is NOT on my side as Ive run multiple network diagnostics, streamed video, browsed the web, and run many other online games at the times that these errors have occurred. I am using a wired connection by the way. No other game or service has this problem... anyone else?

My screen goes white every now and then when sailing but its usually my internet whenever the game says internet connection broken

I haven't any problems. Just the occasional crash and server disconnect/reset. But its not increased since last updates.
