So, i have been playing the game since it came out, for a while it was fine until now. I was going to get on and nothing would come up, just a black screen, so i did the ctrl alt delete thing, and something came up and said ''Black Ops 2 has stopped working, there may be a program running in the background'' so of course after i seen that i started to look just to see if there was something, i didn't find anything. So i uninstalled it off of steam, and re-installed it, that didn't work. I tried verifying the cache files, still didn't work. I haven't downloaded anything for a while, so i know it's not a program. Also i thought it could be steam, cause last time i had trouble, i uninstalled steam and it worked, to see if it was steam i played other games on there and they were fine..
