Glitch Can't complete Steal Final Warrant quest

The release notes says this has been fixed but it has apparently not.

This is preventing me from continuing.
Sometimes it says there is nothing interesting in there, and other times the circle just turns blue

Same thing happens to me. For now, I would recommend working on either another quest or just leveling up your pirate. There are plenty of fun things to do in the Caribbean :) With any luck, it'll be fixed soon

Bug Workaround: In order to complete the quest, turn off the quest tracking then go to the desk and search it.
