Can't finish a quest

I can go further in my quests:

-Unable to find the empty rum bottle in fort charles
-Can't return to Cassandra my completed quest

This makes it impossible to continue the Liberation of the Black Pearl

I also need to find that rum bottle. I have been searching every box and shelf in Fort Charles but still no luck.
