Glitch Cant Get On Game

Every time I log in including last night after the server got attacked, I get this lovely message

Ok so UPDATE! I can get on with another pirate but not my main... WHY

BUT WHEN I TRY TO GET ON WITH MY MAIN ^

Please fix this asap as I need to play on my main.

EDIT 2: It seems if we were in jail when the servers died, we are now unable to play as my main pirate was in jail as well:

Glitch - Blocked in Jail

any fixes for this? (besides uninstalling, clearing cache)
