Can't join a guild

Hey guys, I can't join a guild it keeps saying I'm busy. Is this a bug with the game or is this more user error? please help
 
I had this issue as well, you'll have to get an invite code for the guild you wanna join :)

the code thing worked which is fantastic and yeah i disabled guild invites until log out three days ago and obviously i've logged out since then it just never worked again
