Can't log in

I played the game yesterday afternoon, the session ended with a white screen and I closed the session. Later, I tried logging back on numerous times unsuccessfully, I even deleted and reinstalled the program twice. The issue is when I input the User ID and Password into the launcher and hit play, then it says checking for updates for a few seconds and goes right back to login again, so I enter the User ID and Password again and the same thing happens. Does anyone have any idea why this maybe happening?

Try running the launcher as an administrator and disable your antivirus temporarily, see what happens.
