Can't move while using sword.

Every time I use my sword, I can not move nor can I collect from the loot bags or chest. I have to put my sword away in order to do anything.

I have the same problem. It doesn't happen all the time, but often enough to be a problem.

Hitting sweep often gets you out.

Edit: My solution is for people like me who are too lazy to wait that extra 1 second after putting your weapon away (esc).

Sometimes just putting the sword away works for me or changing weapons. Happens every so often.

For me changing the weapon or putting it away, works fine. You can equip the weapon afterwards and move.
