Color Scheme

Pardon me if I sound half brain dead but I've forgotten . .. is there a color system in the game allowing the color change of gear to make custom color for your attire?

There may be plans in the works to bring back the color wheel for clothing selection/purchases (this is based on something I read in another thread, from Chris before he left TLOPO).

However, to my knowledge you can't change the color of clothes you already own.

I don't think this was possible, you can buy individual colors from tailors/drops from loot i believe
