Crashing upon logging in

So I put my login info in, the game "checks for updates" and since that's already done it goes into a black screen and crashes directly to the login screen again.
 
I don't know if it's the reason this is happening to you but I have had that when my graphics card is too old and not capable of running a hight enough version of OpenGL (i think it needs to be 4.0)
But there could be many other reasons for this like for instance, antivirus software or firewall blocking the game.

Check your antivirus then maybe send an email to support@tlopo.com for further assistance :)
 
I am also experiencing this same issue. This latest version of the launcher is causing this problem for me. Before this, it loaded fine and I had no issues.
