There's probably something broken. This happened a few updates ago, where right after an update all the servers were constantly resetting. It was fixed in the next update, however, so hopefully this can be fixed soon.
Resets aren't done manually they are a safety feature for the server.

They'll most likely only stop if the game gets another update. Hopefully there's an update sometime soon designed to fix them.
