Question Do they close the game down for small updates?

I dont know whats on the horizon for this update, but I've seen them close it for both large and small updates

The have to close the game for all updates, no matter their size. However, the game has been closed for too long for it to not be a pretty exciting update!

They have to kick everyone off to update the game because it's not a good idea to update files that are already in use as that will only cause problems. Furthermore, they also have to roll out the update.

And as far as the trivial stuff, competent programmers would have a code that reads like this:
