Question Does Anyone Know When The Beta Release Date Or The Date Enemies Will Spawn For PvE?

Okay so the only MOBS (enemies) there really are, are the rage ghosts but it gets boring fighting them after a while... Does anybody know when the Beta Release date is or when full on MOBS will be added to the game? Please answer below i am very curious.
