Doll healing... when you get rep and loot and when you dont!

I've been noticing something about the doll and its healing capabilities.

When you're healing someone and they are using their sword, gun, doll or dagger - you will get reputation points and potential loot if it drops.

When you're healing someone and they are using their grenades or staff - you get NEITHER reputation points OR potential loot if it drops.

Something in the coding within the doll heal and cure needs to be changed to allow pirates who heal other pirates to receive reputation points and potential loot.

Yes I notice this too, and even with healing someone using sword you dont always get the loot. Lately even the hitter dont seem too and the healer does. This happens with any weapon that isnt sword hit. Also cure wont give any rep or loot.
