eitc trading co post office desk broke

the quest were you are suppose to go find the eitc hideout disquesed as a house and recover a list from the desk inside when i go to search the desk it just tells me there is nothing interesting here.
i cannot move forward in story chapter without doing this quest

Can confirm this bug. Didn't manage to find a workaround for it, tried relogging, changing districts, not killing the guard inside. Nothing works.

Hope the staff knows about that cuz I haven't had any problems with that quest.

Yep same bug. On the bright side this bug gave me motivation to go grind some weapon and sailing levels as well as spend some time on the hard ship repair game. I did not relize that paid so well lol. 170+ gold every 60 seconds. Now I know what to do when I really want a ship lol.
