Noob question- what level do I have to be join a guild?

You can join a guild at level 1 if you want. This particular social guild I'm in doesn't have a level requirement, but does have opportunities for raiding, dungeon achievement runs, pvp, etc. if you prove yourself through a few tests.

You don't need to be in a faction specific guild anymore. Unless you are mainly looking to pvp. All factions can pve together now!
