Eye Tattoo Glitch

This is what happens when I put on my Jack Sparrow Eye Tattoo. Is there a work around for this?

I have a similar bug. The eye tattoo doesn't show up. Is it then same bug or something else?

It always showed up for me normal in game, but not on the menu screens. I actually kinda liked it.

can we make this a new item?
