At World's End - I love the negotiation scene with all of the ships, coupled with this song:

Gore Verbinski on guitar, Ennio Morricone on harmonica (who also made the theme for The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly). So much awesomeness in one song.

Dead Man's Chest for me was amazing. Davy Jones was one of the best villians of all times. I can't believe people who think At World's End is the best. It was ridiculous in my opinion ( *cough Calypso *cough).
