Fine Cutlass Upgrade: Pirate Lore Quest

This quest will not complete. After gathering the items needed from the 3 islands and going back to Billy McKidd, he just spouts off about some irrelevant stuff instead of completing the quest. See attached.

Just work on another quest or keep on leveling up your cutlass / other weapons. Developers will get to fixing this issue at some point.

Yeah, I get it, but I don't have quests anymore... They are all stuck like this one. I saw some people finishing this quest and It's weird that it is not working for us..

I can't proceed with my Black Pearl quest because this. There's so much to do on the Caribbean though!

@Element: I saw you posted about this issue in the megathread.

I haven't done this quest personally, but I've heard others say Will Turner accepts the quest. Hopefully the devs can get it rightfully set back to Billy.

Yes, for some odd reason you can turn it into Will Turner. I had the same issue.
