Glitch Fireworks Cause Lag Spikes

So recently, the Caribbean has been having firework displays every in game midnight for the 4th of July! The fireworks are nice but before they are set off the game screen and sound freezes, usually for 10 seconds to a minute and in some cases has caused the game to crash. I could tolerate the rare event until the freeze started claiming my fishing bait (fish ate the bait when I could not do anything) and the crashing has lead to me losing a boat of good loot. I know the event is temporary, but I thought I would share this issue, maybe it can be fixed for next year's fireworks.

Despite this, loving the game, keep up the good work TLOPO group!

I'm always slightly amused at how half of the people farming loot from General Darkhart crash whenever the fireworks start. Thankfully, I've only experienced the screen freezing for ~4 seconds.
