Relog. Sometimes it doesn't pop up instantaneously.

Yes, I did try relogging and changing the server still nothing.

It isn't that I don't believe you it is just that nobody else has had this issue. Are you sure it is nowhere to be found, like you clicked through and read everything?

I heard of some people complaining about that too.
I think it will be fixed with an update, but giving it a try later isn't bad too, u never know

It will, just be patient, I'm stuck on a quest too :/

I did log today it was a glitch because of the too many quests that Don't go away issue
now it's fixed and I got grenade quest! and Thank you guys!
