Grenading spots?

Aside from kingshead, where are some good spots to level up grenade?

Beckett's quarry dragoons and mercenaries are in groups of 3. Tormenta has a few good spots with 3+. Also the catacombs center area has like 8 npcs in a medium sized area so if you can aggro them that could be good.

I like the Assassins In Beckett's but also Bone Rattlers Group In Catacombs works nicely also

A lot of the fun in the game can be derived from actually playing it.
Explore, seek out new life forms and grenade them already!

Most efficient IMO for looting and leveling at the same time is kingshead and gold room.
