What level are you and what level enemies are you fighting?

I'm almost level 50 with mastered and I never miss any shots.

That probably explains it. The larger the level difference between you and your enemy, the more you miss. Probably just too high level for you

Yep, this explains it. Fight enemies closer to your level and you'll be fine

I think its quite unfair that you miss attacks because the enemy is higher level than you. Just frustrating, and doesn't make sense to me. A red enemy is hard, because it has more health, deals more and takes less damage. It doesn't need to suddenly have a magical ability to dodge attacks on top of that.
