I crashed while my friend was reviving me on Kingshead.
When I came back online, I was fully healed but I was flying above all the islands for like 45 seconds, then I was in a wall at the Port Royal Jail and I could walk around. I walked into a cell, kicked the door open and was free.
However, the moments before doing so were the scariest experience I've ever had since I'm afraid of heights.
