Great find. That's either a bug or the Shroud of Turin.
Interestingly, I noticed that a large amount of graphics in this game that are mapped or used for decorations are one sided and doubled in the image, like an ink blot on folded paper thats opened. Chest hair and the like.
I'm sure this is a normal graphic device in games, so I tried to split the image and I still can't figure out what it was. But it looks like a big cockroach and you can even see the center seem off the right side.
Now I have to go look for it. It's like a cave painting.
