This is a colour glitch. All bandanas, belts, caps and some boots have no colour.

Ah, if only I had a nickel for every item that turned out to be completely different in the game... I'd have almost enough for a cup of coffee!
The game shows the clothing sometimes to appear as brights when they're really not. Worse things have happened.
