I like the idea of honoring the one we've lost, but I dont think it would be very possible to add so many NPCs with their names.
I wonder how everyone would feel about a monument being "erected" for our fallen fellow pirates instead? It could say something like: "to remember the pirates that we lost so that we may never forget". It would be easier to honor them all in this way vs. creating NPCs for each of them. I know the number of those we've lost is more than the fingers that I have to count. (IDK if toes should be added though, but that is possible, too.)
