Yes trying to get on the game but this error Internet Connection to the servers has been unexpectedly broken and then some times it says still trying and then disconnects back to the launcher others it just closes back to launcher after i click the X. Please help and thank you. Catch

Hi catch. For starters the easiest route to troubleshooting game issues is to start at home. Have you successfully connected prior and played the game? Windows, Mac? Is your connection up to snuff? Go to a internet speed test of choice, try not to use a website that has your ISP itself as sponsor, for obvious reasons. Firewalls? Virus programs? Third party social programs running? Is the connection speed what you expect. Are any other games showing connection issues? Did you change anything on your network recently? Are you trying to play Tlopo on a wireless connection, or laptop? If wireless, run another dependable game to help eliminate your network as a possible issue.
If you ascertain it isn't at your end, then it's time to investigate the Tlopo program itself.

Here's some links to start with, think about clearing out Tlopo and starting over with todays most recent launcher as well.
