Glitch Issues with Repairing/Buying Ships

My ship sank, and needs to be repaired to be used, however, I cannot repair it at any of the dockmasters, and I also cannot purchase a new ship or sell the one that is damaged. I can confirm that I want the ship repaired with the dockmaster, however, it will not change anything and my ship remains broken.

A few people I know had that same issue. Somehow it corrected itself either by a few log in/log outs or a tlopo update.

Try relogging. It probably hasn't registered the fact that the ship sank and thinks it's still at sea, which would cause this.
