Launcher.exe has stopped working

I have tried firewall permissions, AV, compatibility mode, everything up to allowing more RAM which I cannot set it as priority due to it not actually launching the service in the menu. 8gb ram with a gtx540m
Runs fine on my HP but will not launch on the alienware.
 
I have the same problem also try to swap direct x to open gl that might stop it



EDIT this does work if it doesn't then it is a hardware problem or your copy of tlopo is messed up

Have you tried deleting the entirety of the TLOPO folder and redownloading it? You could also try deleting the cache folder first.
Does the launcher not pop up at all? Or does it just pop up and then close automatically?
 
It's on the launcher once it has opened. His suggestion will not fix anything if you are not able to even open the launcher at this point.
