Aahz Swashbuckler May 30, 2017 #1 You get a quest that requires X number of Navy Bulwarks or Navy Panthers. You get on your ship but find it absoluely barren. One spawns, you sink it, then it takes another ten or twenty minutes to find another. Kinda infuriating, don't you think?
