Lol so many brights and good swords

Is it hard to get brights, Lengendarys, and famed hard?

It's not that hard to get any bright, legendary or famed but if you want the good brights which to the majority of players are the common ones then it'll take some time. Famed and legendary will take some time as well so don't give up, also I suggest using f9 to screenshot your inventory.
