Question looting on land

Is there a hot key for 'take all'? When I need to collect that loot in the middle of a fracas I feel like I'm "posing for animal crackers" and every undead, Navy, thug is hitting me. I use the right mouse key for steering so my cursor could be anywhere.

No, there is not currently a designated key binding for the "Take All" button, and you're required to click it with your mouse as of now right now. I do hope that there is some type of capability to map a feature such as this in the future, but we're stuck to the ol' LMB for now.

I can understand a reluctance from developers to open up key binding in general ... perhaps that is a good reason to add specific ones to the game
