Can you get into your BIOS (Usually gotta press F2 F10 or F12) If you are able, you're gonna need to do a reboot(will erase everything you have) If not, your hard drive might be corrupted

Just do a hard shut down and reboot. If that doesn't work, if your motherboard has a CMOS battery, remove it and then put it back in. Round little disc battery, you can't miss it.
If that doesnt work, you can make a recovery disc I think from the Microsoft website. Don't erase anything until you've tried everything.
Also some motherboard manufacturers allow you to go into your boot menu and boot into safe mode, I'd try that too.

Ok I fixed it. LOL. I took out a USB memory card thingy and it was fixed. LOL. GG
